FIX FOR HIGH PING AND UNSTABLE PING WITH WINDOWS 7!

1. Go to Taskmgr, dont press control alt and delete to start it though, press start, type in taskmgr and right click it and run it as administrator. you will now be able to set priorities. Start up the game and set the games priority to low. It will make your ping smaller and more stable.
