How does "Graphics-on-Guns" work?

Ok... So, I have a Perm AN-94... I want a permanent World of Warcraft (Paladin Edition) AN-94... Would this replace my Permanent AN-94 with a Perm "World of Warcraft Paladin" AN-94? If not... How does this work?

Also! What would I have to Download, and stuff like that, to use my permanent World of Warcraft Paladin AN-94? Thanks!

It will change JUST the textures.

So... It will just be the SAME GUN, just different Graphics?

EDIT: And what would I need to download to use it? Also... Will it only work on the comp I Downloaded it on (if I have to)? Thanks!

Yes, like in Call of Duty, it just change the texture not the model.
