Damage mod: possible?

Hello, is it possible to change the damage of a weapon? I know it's possible to model swap to change the ROF and reload time of a weapon, but how about accuracy, damage, recoil, and the like?

I'm thinking it might not be possible due to them being possibly being server sided files rather than computer sided files. Which, if your familiar with the game, is exactly why Runescape is "un-hackable".

Please post your thoughts or, if there are any, some mods that include damage changes, recoil reduction, and the like.

i was told damge isnt changable but apparently there was a hack called "godhack" that made all guns 999 damage

Its impossible to change the damage, accuracy of a gun with Hex modding and Rez Modding. The only possible things that you could change are: RoF of the gun, drawing time, rush time, reload, recoil and portability.
