For everyone who needs it, Model Edit

this is the program you see in some of the tutorials, people ask for it all the time, so i figured i'd post it

it does the same stuff as hex edit. u can remove reload, draw time and increase the fire rate without changing the way the gun looks

Ummm this is a nodding tool used for cross game mods and such. This has nothing to do with hex

Google this: Lithtech Jupiter Enterprise download.....if searched right, you should get all the nolf2 files and all thelithtech tools
