If i get banned from combatarms.nexon.net, is it just an account ban? or ip ban? or an XUID ban like aIW?

Well if you can't logon site then you're IP banned.
If you can then you make another account and play.

You can get IP ban from a lot of things.

Or download a proxy to your PC and proxify all internet connections

Yes try to get a proxy or just search trough a web proxy
