Double Tap Grenade Glitch

Yeah but in the tutorial he sais you have to throw a lethal grenade,
and then press the tactical grenade (=decoy,flash,stun...) button when you are near the nade you just threw.

it sure works but you lose the lethal grenade after you throw it.
