Hemorrhoids

Anyone else ever gotten one of these?
You get them from sitting down too long, or from "straining during bowel movements" (like constipation)
its basicly a swollen blood vessle, and it hurts to take a shit and leaves a little blood and you gotta sit on like a pillow for a few days or it hurts
