Account creator?

So i got a new comp and don't want to go through the hassle of creating a new account. (Previous ones are banned.) So i was wondering if anyone had the link or could pm a download link. I already tried searching it and i can't find it, so i resorted to creating a post.

Thanks,
Sargon8
