You dont 'install' fullbright. Its a command. Unless you are talking about some kind of slang environment hack then you need a dvar unlocker for fullbright.

MW2 came out without the pure servers but a patch fixed it. The reason this works is because the files had their CRC values fixed so that they are the exact same as unmodified files. The game doesnt recognize the difference.

This has nothing to do with the hack. It was probably a rageban for something that happened outside of mpgh.

Cant delete the file. Wasnt possible to read file or disc.

If you are trying to use the installer you will have to do it manually by dragging the files right in to the IWD's
