MSN, or Radio, When its opened in my computer my ping go 20 up..

Yeah, gloriousdayz is correct. I even play Z8games but they kinda lag.

Your Ping Will not go much lower no matter what you do, Because of the distance between you and the server. Ping is determined by your distance from the host server, which is in this case 5,302 Miles away from you!
If you are looking to increase FPS Lag then I highly recommend the following thread;

Your best bet is to play Crossfire North America, West Server.
