It's not offline because it's unpopular
Swiftdude and Tyler were hosting and coding it, but Tyler hasn't updated/coded anything since 1.5/2 weeks ago.
And the Server has been down sice

I guess they gave up the whole MPGHScape - 562 - HD Project.
