i think is V.I.P because it is hard to code but some coders add it on Publics hacks!Correct me if i am wrong

You are correct.
I am a Mod on a ViP site for Warrock, every once and awhile, the owner/coder will give the public users aimbots with the public hacks

You want to release a Public Hack with O.P.K.?

Everything is allowed as long as there are no ads / outside links (usually the problem when it comes to public releases from VIP sites).
