I download a clean version just to check if I typed something wrong but it's not that...

I think topblast has a judgmental idea, but what I'm trying to say is that it's a copy of CodeDemons D3D Menu Base, downloaded straight from MPGH.
test9 might be lagging but I tried downloading other test environments and the same thing kept occurring, do you have any other test environments you recommend?

I don't think it's that because it happens with every Base I would use, I tried downloading 3 Different Bases and the some problem occurred...
