Vista Home Premium Or Vista Ultimate?

Title says it all
I wanna upgrade coz my friend got both
I got Home premium and playing Cod mw2 and etc with CA
works fine for me. Vista Ultimate is for like buisness ppl
I also use my laptop for school, assignments etc

So what should i get?
I play Games and do assignments on my laptop
So which one?

Dont ever EVER buy Vista. I thought people knew this buy now? Even Mircrosoft was like yeah vista sucks 7 will be better.

Things crash a lot on Windows Vista.
My computer runs dual boot.
Windows Vista and Windows 7 32-Bit.

My laptop specs are 2.1ghz 4gb ram 320gb hdd atm its Vista home premium 32 bit
With that specs can it install Win 7 Home premium or Ultimate ?

If you can run vista you can run Win 7

IF U PLAY heavy spec games like gtaiv, vista asks for double the requirements,

2gb > 4gb
512mb gpu > 1gb and so on.
