Installing Cracked Game

Hai guys so im installing my first cracked game and apparently this .pkg file is necessary for the game to run on the 3.55 JB, can anyone tell me what it does? ty
also any tips for installing cracked games is appreciated

You Must have have the game backed up on your PS3 or external Hard Drive First, I've only done a small amount of research on Playing Cracked Games but will do some more to help everyone out!

The PKG Files allow you to Access the game from the XMB without entering the Backup Manager

Alright thanks, and do you know how i access/use the back up manager?
And the description didn't say anything about using a back up manager, it just told me to move the files onto my PS3 via blackbox ftp and that was it

Try that First but if it doesnt work then download a Backup Manager, back up the desired game and then redo the PKG

How can we install cracked games on ps3? can we with Geohot's CFW?

u need to install a pkg that lets u play the cracked game. the cracked game can just be put onto the hard drive.
u can try multiman backup manager

Yeah you need to install a .pkg file for the game to work but u really just gotta put the files on the ps3, and the game works fine, it was a lil laggy but i suspect thats just cuz i didnt restart it after moving all the files over + installing the .pkg, runs fine seems to be

. I just moved files over, installed .pkg worked swell
