[Help]Creating UPE

Is it possible to make your own undetected packet editor in VB?, If so how would I get started on that?. Thanks, beforehand !

may i ask what you plan to do with it maybe their is a better / faster way.

If you don't even know where to start you won't really be able to make anything further ehhhh....

i agree with them bud if ur just starting out in vb ur going to have one hell of a time trying to make a packet editor

but i can tell u vb can make anything you can dream up if u really want to learn tho id say ur best bet is to start googin it up haha

Well I've been goggling around for packet editors looking for one that won't Dc Project blackout cause i know their is one i've seen ppl use them but i can't find it... so Well given up on that i'd decided maybe i could make my own And I know it will take along time to learn but thats the only way i'm going to get what i want, I Want to be able to depend on myself.
