The checkboxes and Text is kinda plain but..
Might wanna add a drop shadow to the text And make the check boxes kinda transparent to match the menu and get rid of some of the white space inside of them..
But other than that good job

No it does, Your menu looks more like tabs. Mine looks more like a drop up menu
