Truthfully any gun is good. It's just the way you use it.. If you are using the M16 you can get 10x more kills then the best gun in the game. Only if your good at aiming, so if you are good at aiming you wouldn't need a powerful gun you would just need a gun your comfortable with.
Powerful = AK47 & Tar21 I think.

With tar, wouldnt you want stopping power or hardline. (Second Perk)
