HexEdit Modding...
Why doesn't anybody just mod using a HexEditor?... I've HexEdited ROF and it seemed to work.

Some people can care less about ROF mods, when ROF hax are available for meh 
I can care less about mods anyways, just want to put some camo on my guns.
Well, not yet anyways.
But sniper aimbot with adjustable rapid fire, with no recoil/spread is unstoppable.
Kill like 5 dudes in 1 second all no scope headshots.

hey im using a hex editor and i found another knife thats not under weapons. its under:
c:\sg interactive\Project Blackout\Chara\Cha_Equip\Equipments_013(knife).i3i
can anyone tell me about this?

In the "Pack" FolderO i just realized im really stupid! lol i thot the file was legitly called Weapon_weaponname lol ya im a blonde lol
so lets say im editing Weapon_SVD-Dragunov if i erase the reload would that make the gun no reload so it automatically feeds in ammo?

i cant seem to make change to rof on weapons can someone help me with this? it cant find the fire key
