Yes i recorded and produced a 40-second video of a help. lol
How do i fix it?
Are you overriding the OnPaint or OnInvalidate events?
The ribbon form isn't updating the image fast enough. You need to invalidate the form in the resize event of the form. Also, enable the double buffering to enable more smooth experience.
Put the following in form's load event:
Code:
Me.DoubleBuffered = True
Put the following in form's ResizeEnd event:
Code:
Me.Invalidate()
Hopefully this will help it smoothly strech the image. My personal suggestion is to use a Picturebox docked in the form. Works much better.But the drawback is that you'll have to set the same image for each control on top of the picturebox.

anchoring just anchors the sides relative to the parent's borders... this seems to be a problem with his 3rd party library?
Even if it works, what you'll be doing is just hiding the problem, not solving it.

Bad idea, there's events for a reason. Handle the ResizeEvent and reset the image then.
