Are macros bannable?

Title says it all. Are macros in violation of CA's ToS?

If not, great, I need a macro creator. I like playing on high sensitivity (25), so I can react fast. But when I scope, that serves as a disadvantage, especially with snipers. Zoomed in, I'm more comfortable at 15, because I have more accurate control while panning. Unfortunately, I can't bring down the sensitivity down from 25 to 15 in a split second. That's where a macro come's in. I have an extra key on my mouse which can be used to initiate the macro, and my right mouse button for ending the macro. Any simple macro creators I can use?

im used to 6~8. i know that quick scoping requires high sensitivity. but i cant do close range combats when an enemy hops near with high sensitivity. well thats when marcos come in...
