he's seen a video that someone has shown something, but he doesn't want to create it rather someone else to do it for him.

tactical knife has blood on it before it is being used, in-which it isn't normally like that in the game,

and where his hands were gold, could you please give/make/release something like that

Amazing that colors make things so much easier.

There is a bloody knife tactical knife in the THT 1.6 if thats what hes looking for, and wouldnt you know it, the THT has colored players too.

perhaps he means to make a texture of gloves
