uh how do i make a URL ( link) make it say something else like if i wanted a pic of something and it was like

http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/5322/images2nu.jpg

How would i make it say like 'Cool dead space2 pic'

i know you put a code on the end of it or something but what is it...its kinda hard to explain what i mean so bear with me
