Ip Changer program
This is the program I used to make a new account, it works great, i found no slowing in my page load time. So you shouldn't see any in game as well... you can ping test ip's and pick the fastest one as well.

This is nice, I've used it before for megavideo movies before divx was huge
I'd recommend this to people who can't change their IP address themselves. HSS is just too bogged down.
