What is this game called again?

Hey guys,

Today im gonna describe a game really vague, because i forgot the name.
Could you help me?

The game was pretty popular on cheap sites like miniclip, notdoppler etc
The game is a flash game
You have to build car kind of things to get from point A (your building point) to point B
You could use water and sticks as connection between the wheels
The game had a lightblue background and the building zone was red I think
It is a basic game with basic graphics, 2D mario style y'know? No 3d just from the side
