this shows up after i load cf(after xtrap& hgwc loads)

Check for driver updates,delete all Cross Fire files and re-install and after re-boot.
And did you update your computer,usually this happens if you update to vista/7.

Try to reinstall the game or redownload then.

Yeah i did today from xp to vista.
