I'm trying to format the computer but the cd drive isn't working.
What can I do?

Edit: noticed you psoted a second before me. http:/toflash.com/home/en/ <-- check that, I tried a modded installation of XP and it didn't work so I dunno. Otherwise look into manually creating the live session with WinPE

I got all the discs needed but the CD DRIVE doesn't work.
Buy a portable external dvd drive. You can plug it into a USB port.

It could be a relattively expensive, $30-$60, solution. But it's cheaper than spending $100 on sending the computer in for a proper repair.
Check if your CD Drive can read/run another discs, if not, get a new one or repair it.

Well, I found the problem.
Check for another CD Drive, or try reinstalling your windows using via USB.
