Chargebacks

I decided to make a thread about it because a lot of people got questions or don't know what it is.

Chargeback is your bank taking money from the company or store because of some issue, this is a consumer protection. Like a company isn't giving you a refund or did something bad you want your money back. In many cases, it would be like a 'refund'.

Players can take back their money via Paypal or credit card. However, Nexon America Inc. will automatically banned that account and you'll have to spend twice as much to get it unlock.

Chargeback is pretty much unbannable as nobody will be willing to spend twice as much to get nothing in return except for the account to be unbanned.

Chargeback isn't your fault unless you clearly states you want it, the bank will remove the funding if you express dislike or something toward that company.
