I wanted to make a forum but Go daddy only allows the SQL Database to get up to 1 GB...Would that would work or do I have to find some other host for my SQL Database?
I don't think a new forum will have any issues with database size, however, there are MANY other great hosts out there that offer MUCH better solutions at a fraction of the price, I suggest you find a hostgator link on this forum & click on it.
Godaddy is my ONLY shop (as a registrar).{I won't get a domain anywhere else}, However, I refuse to use them for hosting.
1GB is HUGE for a forum.
Btw, Hostgator SUCKS. They oversell way too much and thus their servers are super slow (I'm talking about 10s response time here).
I have been using Hostgator (about 6-7 years) as a webhost and VPS , I never ever had a single issue, I use cari.net as a dedicated server and a reseller, never had any issue.
Now i have never posted on here before but i'm going to give you a word of advice.
Do not use godaddy, if you need to transfer a domain it is the most obnoxious process you will ever go through and their control panel sucks.
Nextgen is right host gator is a better and a lot easier to use.
Also, i'm sorry if i broke any rules, i don't post on here i just read it.

I tried the Hostgator baby plan for a month, and could not bare the crappiness of it, so I stopped using their service.
