Depending on what kind of graphics card you have, there is a couple of offers. Other than that, no, there is no decent free games on Steam.

You can get HalfLife and such for free, if you're running on NVidia. And there's a Keygen for another Game aswell. (Only working one) And that's for 'AI War', which sucks.

I'm not sure of Hl2: DM meets the requirement, but if you have a game that uses the source sdk base, you can download any of their free mods and play, some of the mods are actually really good.
