Details: hi, thanks for taking the time to read this, and this might be a little long but...yah. anyways...
i have had my account stolen (ID-********, combat arms screenname-***********)
this account i have just listed is my main account, i use this one to handle all the NX since this one is more secure.
well the guy's name might be vincent, because i was able to login once before it said that my account was being logged in from somewhere else.
i had sent items worth approximately 75,000 NX to that account from this one, so u can tell that it's mine... and the person that hacked my account, i noticed when i went to "my character," is activating my NX guns that i had gifted through MYST-N cases, and he's used my player name change for 90 days on a color that i did not wish to have. so this is a bigger problem than having my account stolen since the 75k worth of NX that i spent i will not even be able to use...
anyway, i tried recovering my account's password and it would not let me. it said that the information was wrong. i have checked several times in the places i wrote them down and i couldnt get it right. he has changed the password, and possibly hacked the recovery Q's?
thank you for your time and if u noticed i used alot of "u"'s instead of you's, just thought i'd let you know.
i hope u can get my account back and the category i guess would also be billing and the subcategory be account information aswell?

i find it funny that nexon doesnt even look at their tickets for months at a time
