Wtf i logged in and it says my account is limited and that i need to send them some proof identity of my credit card or bank account. Im 14 -.- i dont have any shit i only use it for like people donating me or friends etc.
What do i do? :/

Well you need to order them online (use a fresh PayPal for that with a few Dollars on it), google for:
"Order VCC"
