[Help] How to turn on blood in CA?

Ok I heard that for blood to work in Combat Arms your birthday on the account has to be set so that you are 18 years or older. is there any other way to turn it on? please help

It's a PTC command in the game engine for toggling gore. I have no idea if it actually works.
(You have to know to code to use it.)
