Best book for a beginer

What is the best book for me to start learning to program in C++ i have no backgroung knowledge.I am very determined and will not give up easy but i dont want something hard to read

Primer Plus C++, only if you're up to it and dedicated enough. Otherwise, any book, or website on Google you can find by searching 'C++ Tutorials.'
