Help whit jump

When I'm playing and try to jump does not, I've tried changing the control to jump but does not, somebody help me?

Be very clear on what your Hot-key for "Jump" is and if needed you may want to change it, or re-enter the same key. Here is full instructions on checking/changing your hot-key;

Follow the red boxes;

Go to Options - Then Control Tab - Click where it says jump, and then press any key that you would like jump to be registered as - then click save.

Make sure you double check your controls to see if it went through (I once changed mine only to have it change back after i closed the window.)

If this still does not work for you, you may want to consider re-installing to fix this issue, please follow a complete tutorial on re-installing here;

Here you need to type in the following information:
- Computer manufacturer and model number
- Mouse manufacturer and model number
- Keyboard manufacturer and model number

The problem is solved, can close this threat
