Project Blackout Account Creator Preview

I have been working on a PB account creator/generator for the past few hours and this is what I have so far. I will most likely release this sometime tomorrow when I'm finished.

Any feedback would be great!

Will it be going through the user's internet protocol, or will it be sent through a separate server?

In other words, if we're banned from making new accounts, will this allow us to make accounts?

This is almost pointless then if it doesn't bypass the site's IP ban for account creation..
