Help with selling

I'm selling an account using Paypal but the guy who's buying don't thrust me, so he don't send the money and I don't thrust him so I don't send the account info before I get the money.
How can we change? If we used a Middleman how would he do?

I want to know how middleman works in PayPal sells (not in account trades) and how can I sell my account to him without needing to thrust him.

Selling an account using a Middleman is quite easy:
(Let's say person A has the account, and person B is buying the account)

1) Person A gives all his account information (passwords etc.) to the Middleman.
2) The Middleman will verify if the information on the account is correct, and changes the password.
3) If the information is correct, the Middleman will then ask person B to send the money through PayPal (instantly to person A, or to the Middleman and then the Middleman will send it to person A)
4) When the money has been sent, the Middleman will hand the information on the account over to person B.
