How To open LTClient.dll and CShell.dll

Can someone one tell me how to open CShell.dll

There Is No LTClient.dll But Obviously There Is A Cshell.dll Anyway Go Here To Learn How To Open Cshell.dll

I don't get one thing about the code! it says error because of one error LoadLibary
do i ignore and continue or what?
this is what it says

I Get This Too On Visual Express C++ 2010

Edit: Download The Original OllyDBG And Then Download The PE Dumper Plugin.
If Anyone Knows How To Add The Plugin, Please PM Me...

Download ollydbgr and open CShell.dll with it.
BTW when i open i see weird symbols..
