man do i always have to explain this? You first need to buy a crate with the permenant item in it (yes there are crates that don't have the item in them) then you need to be lucky enough to roll the item within the crate. It's not z8 being "fucksticks", it's called making the BM weapons (which most are fairly op) harder to get.
