Wdf!?!?

Can someonehelp me i have this fuky problem

My pc is very old and when you click on for example internet explorer to just comes up and keeps loading...
If you press on firefox dosent even come up.
Messenger just keeps loading when signing in

Its pretty much a raped pc..
Its xp sp3. I tried system restore didnt work and installing vista abd didnt fuking work..

Any soloutions

Only Solution:- Buy a new PC or Install Win XP again.

Yea just get a new pc.
