-run mw2 liberation
-when in game/lobby press f2
-type in "setplayerdata prestige 11" in console

lols agreed, liberation won't work with most pservers, alteriwet especially since it connects and authorizes everything through steam.

4. Type in setplayerdata prestige 12
5. Restore MW2

7. Profit
