GSC Compiler v3.0 Beta

Thanks guys for waiting... I couldn't add the syntax highlighter, b'cuz i have no experience with DigitalRune /fp

Anyways...
I coded this in a record time if you think how much bugs it HAD. Features didn't change pretty much, this is a beta, the release will be with Highlight obv
I really like to specific that I included a really advanced Build Function. Something like 200 Lines of code only for a build function....
