C++ Combat Arms

What do I need to find before I can make a Combat Arms Hotkey hack?
I know what I need to make a Crossfire one but not Combat Arms.

All I know so far:
Need to find LTC
Need to get ModuleHandle for "d3d9.dll" and "CShell.dll"

I checked that thread before coming here and downloaded the project but nothing. I guess he edited his post...
