ca lag wtf ? quick fix ?

I have a really nice computer i just bulit it
spec:
Amd x4 2.90GHz
4gb DDR3 Ram
64bit os Windows 7 Ultimate
radeon HD 5750 1GB

I can run crysis on minimum settings an have it run perfect. even with l4d2 at max is good fps but with CA i can put everything at super low or super high and i still get the same LAG fps around 9- about 23 if im not shooting or moving -_- but if i shoot or move etc i get below 8FPS idk what to do, I have set the priority of Engine.exe to High i closed all my extra programs. And still the same.

Anyone know what i can do to stop the annoying lag ?Can't even play fireteam D: cause it lags so bad. First one to help me with a solution gets any NX gun for 1 week
Proof i have NX ill post a pic. reason i have like no weapons etc atm cause i left ca for a little but im back

it is your computer.i have a laptop all stock and i used to lag after like a year having it so hwat i did it clean my fan and boom no lagg.i extremely suggest cleaning ur fan if that does not owrk update ur drivers if that doesnt work update ur graphic card.

wait so what ur saying is that my stock laptop can beat ur custom built computer???that my sir is a shame especially since its custom lol.i run at 120 to 90 fps all day.all stock on mine

it isnt nexons fault either so dont say its the server cuz i havnt been lagging.

Go to Can You Run It? and check if you can properly run Combat Arms.

If you can run Crysis well
and CA sucks for you
that means it's the internet/their server

it isnt their server jabuty. it must be something else.maybe ur internet im going to fix mine cuz mine sucks right now but i dont lagg.

an guys my pc is amazing im 100% sure it can run ca at top fps
i can run l4d2 an crysis at good settings im pretty sure i can run this game...
