Account problem

I have my account that got hacked and I just recovered the account but the hacker still have my DOB and Last name and he can request password change but he has no Access to the Email the kid is from MPGH and i know's who he is .

What can I do about it?

If you have enough proof that he did it he can get perma banned.

I have a ticket that he sent to nexon requesting Email Change ...

report him in MPGH and ........ but u can change email i think it's work !
