If you still have the Email you originally used you may be able to retrieve your information by going to the "Lost Login ID / Password" Section of the Z8games website.
Your only other choice is to contact Z8Games - Supportⓘ
When contacting them mention your situation
Give them your Login ID and Any information you do remember.
Provide your IP Address
What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Addressⓘ
And the last 4 digits of your Credit card number , only if you bought ZP from Z8games
Any Transaction IDs from purchases with Z8games
They will verify and check everything!
If this is your account and you can provide enough details they will reset your information or change it for you. It's very difficult to get requests like these done to prevent stealing. Good luck!
