illy is fun, i spend half my graphics lessons playing with the swirl tool
also great for logo design, see if i cant get some of the stuff ive done

I never used a tab so I couldn't tell you,
I would Imagine it makes quite a bit easier though

if you're shit at drawing it would not help as much as it could, it depends
