I've been looking into Jtagging my Xbox, and I know about the hard modding part. But, Ive also read that there is a way to do it by USB.

Possible? and if so, where can I get it?

You have to have a dash version lower then 2.0.8, which is doubtful.

Im not sure exactally what it is but go into system settings and have a look around

You can't use a USB because you have to solder many wires with resistors and diodes to the physical motherboard of the Xbox 360 for the JTAG hack to even work. After you do that you have to dump the NAND, check it, install JTAG software, and xell, and flash NAND back to the Xbox 360. There you have a JTAG.

All threads/videos/pages you see claiming this are absolute fakes.

although if you buy a second hand xbox for $5 then it could be worth it, im buying one to flash

i agree, except its hard to find a cheap xbox where i live.
