Go to Options
Click Video
Select Widowed mode.
Press OK
Change resolution to wide.
Press Ok

Special Features in doing this
You can see the grass move.
The Ground will contain 10x the amount of features.
Buildings, weps, cars,trucks will look better.
Screen becomes 20X wider.

EDIT : Remove your IGN from those screenshots , look like you have spent money on that account and they will ban the shit outta you reguardless .
