Hello @Jabuuty671 :), you can use Google Mail, Windows Live Hotmail or another third-party service to host your emails. I am no match for the likes of Google or Microsoft in that area, who cover like 90% of the world's email addresses.

Basically, you will be able to use your email accounts eg, admin@Jabuuty671.com through Gmail or Hotmail.

Hi sheldom, there will be as many (or as little) accounts per node as I feel comfortable.

You'll have to define a "sub level 2" dedicated server, since the definition may vary, and frankly, I've never heard of the term being used.
